Avengers: Infinity War came out to theaters on April 27th, 2018. Marvel Studios made an estimated amount of $640.9 million worldwide on opening weekend for the movie. The film features a star-studded cast including the original Avengers, The Guardians of the Galaxy, and Thor. The film also features characters from many other Marvel films including Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and Thor. And, of course, making a guest appearance, the great Stan Lee. This movie takes place in present-day New York City, along with various other locales both fictional and otherwise.
This film is another installation of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is also an action/sci-fi movie. I personally rated Avengers: Infinity War 5/5 stars because it is filled with plenty of excitement, great special effects, an unexpected ending, and it left me wanting more.
This movie follows three groups of superheroes in their quest to bring down Thanos and stop him from trying to wipe out half of all living beings. Thanos’s minions clash with the heroes in their attempts to acquire the Infinity Stones, six powerful gems that each embody an aspect of the universe. Only after they gather all the Infinity Stones will Thanos and his minions be able to complete their goal and wipe out half the universe.
Avengers: Infinity War was great and I would recommend it to anyone. It is a definite must-see in theaters. It was a great quality movie; the storyline was great, the acting was great, and so were the special effects. Overall, I am super excited to see the second part of this movie, which comes out May 3rd of 2019. This is a must-see for anyone who has enjoyed any of the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies.
“I thought it was a really good movie. I really enjoyed the fight scenes and the way the movie played out and the transitions were played out well.” -Drew Bauer
“Very much enjoyed it. It was very rewarding for marvel fans. It was rewarding because we get to see all the characters that we have come to love in the past 10 years in 1 movie. It also expertly places 30+ A list celebrities into the movie without making it feel overcrowded.” -Seth Thompson
