The sequel to a popular criminal magician themed movie from 2013 has finally arrived.

With the previous movie, Now You See Me, scoring 49% on Rotten Tomatoes, a ¾ by Roger Ebert, and a 50% by Metacritic. Fans of the movie are hoping that the second part of this magical ride will be greater than the first. While non-fans just don’t care for the film at all.

“I never even saw the first one, so I’m not as excited as other people.” Sonja Fritz said

Although people are getting hyped for this movie, they are sad because some of the cast didn’t return. For example Isla Fisher, who played Henley Reeves, and Melanie Laurent, who played Alma Dray.

“I’m bummed out that they replaced Isla Fisher,” said Jared Chandler. “ I’m not that excited for Daniel Radcliffe. I think he will be a lame villain.”

That’s right, Daniel Radcliffe will be in the next movie as a character named Walter. Along with other newcomers such as Lizzy Caplan as Lula, and Jay Chou as Li.

Overall, the real questions are will this movie be good or will it be bad? The only way to find out is to watch it in theaters on it’s release this Thursday, June 9th.
