Has Johnny Manziel, quarterback for the Cleveland Browns, worn out his welcome? This coming wednesday could reveal it to be so. The free agency period for 2016 for the NFL is coming up and based on Manziel’s performance so far, his stay in Cleveland is looking to be ending soon. Manziel’s past two years in the NFL have been nothing but troubling, with all the legal situations that have occurred and the most recent one could be the end for him.

Manziel’s most recent incident didn’t relate to alcoholism, or so it seems. Manziel’s former girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, accused him of restraining, threatening and hitting her on January 30, 2016. Dallas police said that Manziel’s case will be referred to as a misdemeanor assault/domestic violence allegation, but police will not say anything else about it as the case is being prepared for the grand jury.

Browns head coach Hue Jackson said “I want to make sure we all understand  that that behavior will not be tolerated as we move forward. And that’s all I want to say about it. I want to leave it at that. Our organization is going to take a stand, and we’re going to move on from those kind of situations as we move forward.” Johnny Manziel’s continuous misbehavior have continued to go against the Brown’s expectations and from what it seems, will be cut from the team.
