Donald Trump should be disqualified from running for president. In fact, the man should be arrested for not only his righteous, xenophobic and racist political standpoint, but the actions he’s taken regarding his personal life. Let’s make a small list of the downfalls Trump has had while in the limelight:
History of Bankruptcies:
Bankruptcies are a recurring feature in Trump’s political appearances. Carly Fiorina recently brought it up in the September 16th Republican Debate, arguing that Trump has had to file for business bankruptcy not once, not twice, but four separate times. Going as far as $200 million in a single case! In total Donald Trump has filed $4.7 billion in bankruptcy.
Trump has always been known to be quick-to-anger. This was proven during the August 6, 2015 republican debate. The first to take place this year.
Trump was confronted by Megyn Kelly, a Fox News reporter, when she asked about his previous insults regarding women specifically.
“You’ve called women you don’t like, ‘fat pigs,’ ‘dogs,’ slobs, and disgusting animals,” Kelly opened. Trump quickly replied, stating that he’d only ever addressed Rosie O’Donnell as such. Megyn Kelly fired back with, “No it wasn’t. For the record, it was well beyond Rosie O’Donnell. Your Twitter account has several disparaging comments about women’s looks. You once told a contestant on ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ it would be a pretty picture to see her on her knees. Does that sound to you like the temperament of a man we should elect as president?”
After the debate Trump fled to twitter, saying that “She (Megyn Kelly) is totally overrated and angry. She really bombed tonite.” This, of course, was in reply to a tweet sent out by Frank Luntz, a public opinion guru or pollster. Trump later decided to slam Luntz, sending a tweet that read, “@FrankLuntz is a low class slob who came to my office looking for consulting work and I had zero interest. Now he picks anti-Trump panels!”
Sexual Comments Aimed At His Daughter:
Yep, you read that right! Trump has been caught making numerous sleazy comments regarding his daughter, Ivanka, on multiple occasions! One specific comment has been cited in articles all over America since 2006, such as Fusion, Mediaite and Business Insider.
Trump and Ivanka appeared together on The View, a talk-show on ABC. Trump got asked the personal question, “What would you do if Playboy put Ivanka on the cover of the magazine?”
“This is going to be interesting” Ivanka quipped under her breath quickly.
Trump went into thought for a second, before blurting out the words that America won’t soon forget.
“I don’t think Ivanka would do that (pose for nude photographs) inside the magazine. Although she does have a very nice figure. I’ve said that if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps, I would be dating her.”
Trump also made an unsettling comment in his issue of Rolling Stone. It went seemingly unnoticed, as everyone was preoccupied by the paragraph above it, where Trump verbally attacked Carly Fiorina.
The comment in Rolling Stone was unsettling at the least, “Yeah, she’s really something, and what a beauty, that one. If I weren’t happily married and, ya know, her father . . . ” The comment was made shortly after the reporter praised Ivanka to her father.
Ivana Trump, Donald’s former wife (1977-1992) once filed a report in 1989 stating that Donald had made her feel “violated during sex.”
The claim stated that Trump had been enraged with Ivana after her plastic surgeon had performed scalp reduction surgery on him. He claimed that her surgeon had “(expletive) ruined me,” as he stormed into the house one night. The fight turned from verbal to physical and Trump became forceful with Ivana, forcing himself upon her and raping her. This had been the first sexual contact, Ivana claimed, that they had had in more than sixteen months.
Ivana later dropped the claim after Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, had become verbally threatening with reporters. Cohen had verbally attacked Ivana and her caseworkers on multiple occasions, the words he spewed both venomous and acidic.
“I will make sure that you and I meet one day while we’re in the courthouse. And I will take you for every penny you still don’t have. And I will come after your Daily Beast and everybody else that you possibly know,” Cohen threatened. “So I’m warning you, tread very (expletive) lightly, because what I’m going to do to you is going to be (expletive) disgusting. You understand me?”
“You write a story that has Mr. Trump’s name in it, with the word ‘rape,’ and I’m going to mess your life up… for as long as you’re on this frickin’ planet… you’re going to have judgments against you, so much money, you’ll never know how to get out from underneath it,” Cohen later added.
In December 1015 he White House’s official Press Secretary, Josh Earnest released a statement saying that, “The fact is what Donald Trump said yesterday disqualifies him from serving as president.”
And If That Isn’t Enough:
Earnest continued, adding that the president’s duty is to “preserve, protect and defend” the United States’ Constitution, therefore what Trump had said previously, regarding the 14th amendment citizens, and more specifically, Muslims, disqualifies him from the presidential election.
